This is very likely my favorite Smashing Pumpkins song since <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mellon_Collie_and_the_Infinite_Sadness\"><i>Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness<\/i><\/a>. (Yes, I did love some of the electro-tinged stuff from <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Adore_%28album%29\"><i>Adore<\/i><\/a>, but <i>MCIS<\/i> has always been my favorite&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>The song totally reminds me, in fact, of a cross between the <i>MCIS<\/i> song &#8220;Bodies&#8221; and the <i>MCIS<\/i> outtake\/jam\/collage &#8220;Pastichio Medley&#8221; from the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Zero_%28song%29\"><i>&#8220;Zero&#8221;<\/i><\/a> single.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m loving it, and if this is a sign of what&#8217;s to come from their new album, I&#8217;m pumped.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hypem.com\/search\/Tarantula\/1\/\">Search for &#8220;Tarantula&#8221; on the Hype Machine<\/a> and you are sure to find the mp3 somewhere&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I can&#8217;t believe The Stranger is hating on the new Smashing Pumpkins song, &#8220;Tarantula&#8221;!!!
