Yay for him.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that his son&#8217;s laptop always overheats (sound familiar???) and Dell is extremely unresponsive.<\/p>\n<p>The whole thing makes me want to take up my battle again &#8212; and why shouldn&#8217;t I? Just because I got a new computer doesn&#8217;t mean I&#8217;m done with Dell. I&#8217;m still paying the damn thing off!!
